Hello Ladies and Gents,
So I’m starting to get big on all things healthy. It’s really amazing what you can find out about if you just take the time to look it up. Now I understand that not everyone has that time so that’s where I come in.
I am more than happy to share what I’ve found with all of you as I start a journey to a better me.
I’ve been looking up everything from food to exercise and even natural ways to make your own carpet cleaners, soaps, lotions and so on.
If you have any ideas about things you would like to see/know, I’m very open to suggestions.
Keep in mind, I’m learning too. I won’t know everything but I’ll do my best to help.
In other news, I ran across a photo of SuperFoods from A-Z and was thinking that would be a great article.
I then realized that there are often more than one superfood for each letter so for 26 days I will dedicate a day to one letter of the alphabet.
On day 26 I will sum every thing up in one big article.
So tomorrow starts the letter A.
