Crispy Kale Chips

- 1 bunch green kale or whichever kind you like
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- crushed cayanne pepper if you want a kick
- parmesean cheese if you want to cheese it up
Pre-heat oven to 275
wash and dry kale, ensure very dry (or you will have soggy chips)
remove stems and tear leaves into 1-2 inch pieces
massage olive oil into kale, lay flat onto cookie sheet
bake for 20 minutes, flipping half way
