Nonni's Spaghetti "Gravy"

Nothing short of delightful, this meaty tomato "gravy" will add flavor to any pasta dish.

- 2 red onions
- 1/2 bunch parsly
- 4-5 celery sticks
- 3-400 cloves garlic Minced, we really like garlic ;)
- 4-8 cans tomato sauce however saucy you want it
- 2 cans diced tomatos
- 2 cans mushroom pieces
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 bottle red wine some for sauce, some for you...
- 2-3 lbs ground beef
- 2 italian sausages
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 3 tbsp fresh basil
- 3 tbsp italian seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
Sauté veggies, ground beef and Italian sausage till veggies are translucent
Get rid of fat from hamburger
Pour rest of ingredients in a big pot and simmer 3-5 hours
Check the wine bottle--it may be lonely...
