  • 1 Watermelon Diced
  • 1 TBSP Mint Chopped
  • 1/2 C Low Fat Feta Cheese
  • 1 Lime Halved


  • Mix diced watermelon with feta and chopped mint.
  • Halve a lime and add it to the top of the diced watermelon, feta and mint.
