Crispy Kale Chips

  • Oven
  • cookie sheet


  • 1 bunch green kale or whichever kind you like
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt to taste
  • crushed cayanne pepper if you want a kick
  • parmesean cheese if you want to cheese it up


  • Pre-heat oven to 275
  • wash and dry kale, ensure very dry (or you will have soggy chips)
  • remove stems and tear leaves into 1-2 inch pieces
  • massage olive oil into kale, lay flat onto cookie sheet
  • bake for 20 minutes, flipping half way
